We had the most remarkable family tour with gotrigou holidays. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that the gotrigou representative truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from picturesque sea bound islands to historical structures in Phuket, from dinner cruise to touching the history of Bangkok, from ever-changing and filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences on the shore, every island and every new activity offered new experiences. Firstly when they approached us we had doubt and did not consider them as our next corporate group tour organizer because it's a newly formed company; we thought the might lack the experience. But a single sentence from them moved us ' we never promise to provide the best service in cheaper price but we assure you that we will take the price that the best service should be. A best service comes with a price and we promise we will value that price'. then a long story was cut into short and we did let them organize the tour of Bangkok and Pataya. from the beginning to the last day of the trip they did not give a single source of complaining. yes, the provide the service that values the money. Hope, they will continue providing such a high level service and we are already considering gotrigou as our next group tour organizer.
Inspite of being a start-up agency Gotrigou is really providing services to meet world-class benchmark. I booked a Bangkok Pataya tour for 5nights with sightseeing and transports.. The good thing that convinced me is they includes travel insurance....They kept contacting me prior to departure to make me understand what to do what not to do in Thailand that helped me a lot...Thank you gotrigou...
It was our first trip with our valuable customers. Being situated in the same city, Kolkata, we thought gotrigou holidays is easily reachable. However, we never had to visit their office, the representatives were always in touch. Now, come to the trip portion. We were a group of 16persons and I asked them to manage booking at a high-rise building in Bangkok. Gotrigou holidays provided rooms in Baiyoke Sky hotel on the 38th floor; I think the building was 83storied. Anyways, our Bangkok and Pattaya trip was literally wonderful. Thank you Gotrigou holidays for organizing such a wonderful trip. One request to this Company is they should think about providing VISA. thank you.
