Arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport(Colombo) and transfer to Anuradhapura. En route, visit  Munneswaram Temple and Manawari Temple.

Hotel Check-In

MUNNESWARAM TEMPLE - Lord Rama after his victorious battle left for Ayodhya in one of Ravanas vimana . He felt that he was being followed by Brahhassthi dosham as he killed Ravana who was a Brahmin.At this place he felt bramahashthi dosham is not following him , he stopped the vimana and prayed to God Shiva . Lord Shiva blessed him and demanded to install four lingams and pray to get rid of the doshams .  

MANAVARI TEMPLE - Manawari is the first lingam installed and prayed by lord Rama and thus the temple is called Ramalinga Swamy Temple

After breakfast in hotel and proceed to Jaffna . Check in to Hotel.

Evening proceed on a sightseeing tour of Jaffna, including a visit to Keerimalai and Naguleshwaram temple. The Dutch Fort and the world famous Jaffna Library  and Nellur Kandaswamy Temple .

SHAKTHIPEETDAM IS A PART OF THIS TEMPLE.   

The Kanniya Hot Springs is a site with hot wells located in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. There are seven wells in a square shape. Wells are only 3–4 feet deep and you can clearly see the bottom. The temperature is considerably high but vary slightly from one spring to another.[1] Wells run out of water, when 10-15 buckets of water are taken out

Transfers:Transfers are provided on arrival and departure from airport to hotel and return only where specified in the itinerary.

Gotrigou also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control.In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, Gotrigou Holidays reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as necessary.

Baggage: Gotrigou provides handling of baggage only as specified in the quotation. Weight restrictions for baggage on some routes on international/domestic flights may apply; details of which will be provided with pre-tour documentation. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour and Gotrigou assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage. Baggage insurance is strongly advised.Please check with your international carrier for other baggage restrictions applicable to your international flight.

Taxes & Gratuities: Hotel taxes as imposed by city and state governments are included. Airport taxes are included where specified in the itinerary.Gratuities for guides, drivers, porters, camp staff, ship crew and Tour Managers are not included and are at the discretion of the traveller.

Exclusions:The cost of obtaining passports, visas, excess baggage charges, items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls, fax charges and excess baggage charges unless expressly included in writing, are not included in the tour price.

Prices & Arrangements:The tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs. Entrance fees as part of scheduled sightseeing tours are also included in this price. This price is subject to revision in line with significant changes in foreign currency, tariff rates, taxes etc.

Descriptions & Imagery: All photographs, imagery and descriptions used by Gotrigou online and within promotional documentation have been included with the intention of presenting a true and accurate reflection of your holiday destination. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, it is foreseeable that some destinations will change in appearance throughout the year and so may appear to have varied at the time of your stay. eg. due to adverse weather. Gotrigou will of course make every attempt to notify you in advance of your trip as to whether such instances have had any effect on the accommodation or its surroundings if we are made aware of the same, however cannot be held liable in this regard.

Activities:Some activities may be pre-booked by Gotrigou however, should you wish to participate in other or additional activities we strongly advise that you book in advance so as to avoid disappointment.Some activities, most notably those which are boating and water related, are subject to weather and water levels. Gotrigou cannot be held responsible should such activities be amended and/or cancelled as a result of such matters, over which Gotrigou have no control.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations received between the date of booking and 61 days prior to departure will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Cancellations received 60 – 46 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 40% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received 45 – 29 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 70% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received 28 – 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 85% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to departure will be subject to a forfeiture of the entire tour price.
  • Cancellation of airline tickets will be subject to the refund policy of each individual airline and may be greater than the percentages above particularly when low cost/net-based fares are used.
  • The purchase of special event tickets is subject to the refund policy of each individual event. Please refer to the specific event policy for details.
  • Gotrigou reserve the right to charge for financial penalties, fees and losses incurred in excess of your cancellation fee as a result of cancellation.
