On confirmation of booking your contract is with gotrigou.com. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and we have received the deposit amount from your end
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is to be paid by you to gotrigou.com.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance payment is to be made 20 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 20 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
In some special cases and during the high peak season full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

All booking must be made on pre-payment basis (i.e. must be paid in full in India before the passenger departure).
Payments in INR/Foreign currency must be accompanied by the original passport & tickets of all the passengers traveling.
All rates are subject to a revision – if there is a fluctuation in the currency rates
5%TCS (Tax collected at source) on the total cost will be charged extra. TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filing their Income-tax return. We will provide a certificate for the collection. Without submission of PAN card, 10% of TCS will be applicable. TCS is not applicable on GST

Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences
Cancellation due to VISA rejection: All the clients travelling on M/s Indian Holiday Pvt ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. Client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold gotrigou.com liable for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate / embassy. Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he / she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he / she will not claim same from gotrigou.com.
Any communication directed at the address or made through / on the contact details such as E-mail id / cell phone . of the Client as provided by the client through whom the client has made the bookings with the company shall be deemed to have been communicated to and received by the Client. The Company shall not responsible for any error on part of mode of communication in this regard
The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:- Any over stay expense due to delay or change in bus/air/train /ship or cancellation of special bogie or other service due to sickness, weather condition, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.- Sightseeing missed &/or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situation which are beyond our control.- Any Loss/Damage of baggage by the Airlines / Hotels / Coach / Cruise
Client’ means the personal/persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
There is no Contract between the Company and the Client until the company has received the initial deposit as stated in the clause regarding ‘payment’.
Independent contractors means “Hotelier/Hotel Owners”, Owner of any airline or shipping company or railway, ferry boat owner/operator/coach owner/or any other person who has been selected by the company to render service to the client. No person other than the company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. gotrigou.com shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
gotrigou.com reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to gotrigou.com & guest, no refund will be processed

Package Policies
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in any package type.
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Gotrigou Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Gotrigou Holidays will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
In case of date change or modifications of itinerary and activities the policy and amount will be changed accordingly.

Standard Check-In in Thailand hotels is 2PM. Clients have to pay extra (300THB to 1000THB) to make an early check in. Early Check in and late check-out is included in Premium package type only and is subject to availability.
Clients may have to bear the security deposit at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of the hotel.This security deposit is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy. This security deposit is included in Premium Package type.
If any item lying inside the Hotel mini bar is consumed the price has to be paid by the client at the time of check out.
If any damage caused by the client/clients inside hotel premises/hotel rooms/transports/ or anywhere during the entire trip period, the cost should be solely carried out by the clients or will be acted as per the travel insurance policies (if the client is having any travel insurance). Gotrigou Holidays and associates will not responsible for the same.
Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
Please note that most of the international airlines allowed 15kgs of check-in luggage and 7kgs hand baggage per ticket. Clients have to carry the amount if any extra kg is being added over 15kgs.
Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier then baggage may not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Thailand is quite strict about following a schedule.
Seating arrangement is completely subject to the airline policies and Gotrigou Holidays does not take any responsibility in seating arrangement dispute.
If the Booking Date is more than 25 days prior to the date of journey then minimum 40% of the total Tour Cost including GST has to be paid as advance and rest 60% must be paid 20 days prior to the date of journey.
If the Booking date is 25days or less prior to the journey date then 100% of the total tour cost including GST must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies
Client will get a 5days window to make any change or modification in submitted plan after making the first payment i.e. booking amount and no additional or cancellation charge will be calculated.
If the booking date is not more than 25 days prior to the journey date then no change will be entertained after placing the booking confirmation. In this scenario if the client takes not more than 32hrs to cancel the entire plan then 15% of the entire tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees and rest of the amount will be refunded within 30 days from the date of cancellation. If it crosses the time limit of 32hrs then 100% of the paid amount will be counted as cancellation charge and nothing can be refunded.
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation etc. for your tour / travel are blocked after the booking is made. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties; If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and cancellation charges payable are provided as below:-
– 25 days before to the departure of the tour – 40% of the tour cost.
– 24 – 15 days prior to the departure of the tour – 70 % of the tour cost.
– 14 – 8 days prior to the departure of the tour – 90 % of the tour cost.
– 7 days or less prior to the departure for the tour or a “No Show” – 100 % of the tour cost.
– For Cancellations/Amendments made whilst on tour – 100 % of the tour cost.
– In some cases the cancellation charges may vary or may change & same would be intimated separately on case to case basis.
If clients are having any travel insurance policy and it covers tour cancellation coverage then clients are requested to contact to the particular insurance provider for recovering the amount. Gotrigou Holidays will not take any responsibility to anything subject to the insurance policies. If the Travel insurance is included in the package, the client has also to contact to the respective insurance provider as Gotrigou Holidays uses Third-Party Insurance Provider and provides all the required documents to the clients before journey.
The cancellation charges, as applicable for cancellation of services related to flight tickets/ hotel bookings/ travel services/ Guide services would also be recovered from the client.
GST or any added taxes will not be refunded. The cancellation charge and refund amount will be calculated only after deducting the tax amount.
In case you cancel your trip after commencement the refund would be restricted to a limited amount that would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers, airlines, transporter and other suppliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, flight tickets, transportation, missed meals and any other services etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
The refund for the foreign exchange component of the tour will be refunded in INR only and will be at the prevailing day rate of exchange of the company.
Third Party refund i.e. Airline, Cruise, Overseas Suppliers could take between 30 to 90 working days provided relevant supporting documents are provided to the Company. And Gotrigou Holidays will not take any responsibility in refund amount and refund duration in this Third Party refund procedures.
There will be no refund for cancellation of reservation after commencement of travel.

The prices quoted have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of sharing the quotation. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange and /or fuel costs, special / high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline charges before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the departure by the client
